Fast forward to today, and we are absolutely blown away by how you’ve embraced the tool. You aren’t just using it for basic discovery anymore; increasingly, you’re relying on OptigoVN to support ongoing, daily workflows and deliver deep, measurable operational insights.
It’s incredibly exciting to see the platform provide that much value, but it also brings a reality check: continuous analysis and deep-dive reporting require significant resources on our end.
What’s Changing and Why
To ensure we can keep OptigoVN fast, reliable, and continuously improving for everyone, we are adjusting our freemium structure. We want to keep the free plan available as a great starting point for exploration and basic use, but we need to align our most resource-intensive capabilities with our paid plans.
Starting on or around June 1, 2026, the free tier will transition to the following updated limits:
Capture Processing: Limited to processing one capture file per day.
Health Checks: The granular Network Health Score will be replaced with a simplified, at-a-glance color-coded health check.
Diagnostics: You will receive a diagnostic summary rather than a detailed breakdown by category.
Reporting: PDF report exports will be moving exclusively to our paid tiers.
What This Means for You
First and foremost: your account isn’t going anywhere. You will retain full access to your profile, and your existing OT networks will remain right where you left them, simply operating under the updated limits. If you’re an occasional user who just needs a quick pulse-check on your network, the free plan will continue to be a great fit.
However, if you rely on OptigoVN for ongoing monitoring, advanced diagnostics, or pulling extended data reports for your team, now is the time to look at our premium options. You can seamlessly upgrade to a paid plan directly in-app, or by reaching out to our team at sales@optigo.net so we can help find the right fit for your workflows.
