Site Scope+ FAQ
Site Scope is a limited version of Site Scope+ that is available exclusively to third party system integrators and similar service providers. Site Scope is intended for internal use only and can’t be shared with users outside your organization.
Site Scope allows for troubleshooting of an unlimited number of BACnet devices in an OT network and can be reassigned to a different OT network once per month.
One Site Scope+ is needed for every 200 devices in an OT network. For example, an OT network with 350 devices would require two Site Scope+ to unlock advanced tools and diagnostics.
It’s easy to subscribe for Site Scope+ or Site Scope within OptigoVN. Alternatively, our sales team is happy to work with you directly.

Subscriptions for Site Scope+ and Site Scope can be as short as one month and canceled at any time.
Full subscription details are available within OptigoVN.
OptigoVN accepts all major credit cards for monthly and annual subscriptions.
Customers who prefer to order and pay with a purchase order/invoice may do so for annual subscriptions. Simply select “pay by invoice” during the checkout process.
By default, subscriptions automatically renew for an identical term upon their completion. This setting can be easily changed within the ‘Manage Add-Ons’ panel in OptigoVN.
All subscription modifications take effect at the end of their current term.
