How To Handshake, Episode 10: Well that was interesting

For the final episode of Season One, Ryan hands the host chair to Ping and steps back to produce, while a panel from Optigo’s customer-facing team walks through real troubleshooting stories pulled straight from customer pcap files.

Joining Ping are John Attala, Chief Growth Officer; Gulab Karnani, Director of Sales; and Tristanne Whitham, Account Executive — the three people who talk to OptigoVN customers every day.

Ask anyone who supports a large facility long enough and they’ll have a story about the fault nobody could find, the vendor nobody could pin it on, and the day one file finally proved somebody right. This episode is four of those stories, straight from customer pcap uploads: a schedule override that failed for years, a server rebooting itself over 100 times a day, and a hospital lighting issue that had nothing to do with BACnet at all.
